Their Excellencies

Tamsyn and Valentine l’Argent

Letter of Intent

All letters of intent will consist of a formal, written or typed letter stating one’s intent to vie for the honour of being a Courtier, Yeoman, Gallant, or Sargent of Glymm Mere. These legible missives will be presented at court at Lyceum. All candidates will have until Yule to complete the requirements. Announcements will be made throughout the year regarding times when Their Excellencies will meet with the candidates to discuss and evaluate progress.

Our current Sergeantry and Sergeant Emeritus Master Volk the Grey, Master Dunstan M’Lolane, and Honorable Lord Snorri Biornsson have graciously offered their time should any candidate require advice or mentoring.

Below are some ideas, they are by no means exhaustive or a checklist, just ideas to point you in the right direction.

Heraldry

You need to have your name and arms at least submitted when you complete the trials. If your arms have passed, come up with a way to show your heraldry in a persona appropriate manner.

You are expected to blazon:

  • The personal arms of Their Excellencies
  • The arms of Duke Thorin Njalsson (and find out who he is)

Martial Sergeants must demonstrate the ability to either field herald or work lists at a tournament for which the Coronets are present.
