Lyceum 2026

Price : $25 for non members, $15 for members, and youth are free
Bring a picnic lunch to the rustic Oakville Grange and join Glymm Mere for an eventful day featuring the A&S and Bardic Championships; A&S classes; and a craft supply swap/barter/sell swap meet style area.
Pre-reg will open in early February 2026.
Schedule to be released closer to the event.

A&S Championship:
A&S will again be Atheneum-style displays and presentations.
Bardic Championship:
Bardic will be two presentations. One must tell a story (it can be a song, poem, etc., but must tell a tale), and one must, again, in whatever format the competitor chooses, tell a joke.Letters of Intent:
The Baroness and Baron will be accepting letters of intent through the entire month of February. They are appreciated but not required. -
Archery and Thrown Weapons Practice
Greetings, gentles! I am pleased to again welcome all those interested to practice archery and thrown weapons at Cumberland Farm this Saturday from noon to 3pm. Cumberland Farm is located just south of Tumwater, approximately 20 minutes from the location of fighter practice, but at a private address. If you need the address please fill out the form on this page to request the address. At the Farm you will find the range as well as some indoor space if you would like to tend to gear. Well-behaved hounds and children are welcome, so long as they are leashed (the hounds, not the children!). We look forward to hosting Glymm Mere's archers, thrown weapon combatants, and all others interested in observing or otherwise passing time in pleasant company with or without garb!

Fighter Practice and Social
Woodruff Park 1500 Harrison Ave NW, Olympia, WA, United StatesThis is the weekly Populace Social and practice session for all combat disciplines including Heavy Armored (rattan), Cut and Thrust and Rapier. Spectators are welcome.
The last Wednesday of the month during the Summer (ending Sept) will be a court night and possibly a mini tourney.
Period garb is not required.
Loaner gear is available, contact the Marshal to arrange to borrow something.
We meet near the tennis courts outside or in the outside covered basketball area during inclement weather.

Glymm Mere Business Meeting
St. Benedict's Episcopal Church 910 Bowker St., Lacey, WA, United StatesThis is the monthly baronial business meeting. The Finance committee meets at 6:30pm, the general meeting starts at 7:00pm.
Officers are required to attend, all members of the barony are welcome. Garb is not required.
